Greg is the Executive Chairman of ValidiFI and is an experienced operator with demonstrated success in the fintech, predictive data, credit risk, and payments markets. Greg currently serves as Chairman for a leading UK fintech lender, QuidMarket. Greg also serves as an Operating Advisor for private equity firm, ABS Capital Partners. He was the founder and former CEO of FactorTrust, the leading alternative credit bureau for the underbanked market, which was acquired by TransUnion (NYSE: TRU) in 2017. Prior to founding FactorTrust, Greg served as EVP of Global Services at PGI (NYSE: PGI), and was the CEO of an Employee Relationship Management (ERM) business serving Fortune 100 customers. Earlier in his career, Greg co-founded and was the CEO of a leading e-billing and payments business, Derivion, which was acquired in 2001 by Metavante/FIS (NYSE: FIS). Over the years, Greg’s companies have earned recognition for product and growth including Inc. 5000, Red Herring Top 100, and TAG (Technology Association of Georgia) growth awards. He was named one of three Finalists for Ernst & Young (E&Y) Southeast Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000. Prior to his business career, Greg also served active duty (SGT/E-5) in the U.S. Army, 10th Mountain Division.
John has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services technology arena having spent the last 15 years focused on consumer alternative data solutions. He works consultatively with clients to solve fraud, risk and account management challenges.
Mark is responsible for customer success functions, focused on driving value to clients and achieving maximum satisfaction. He has spent 20 years in roles across credit, risk and collections services including 10 years serving in leadership positions within TransUnion.
Apoorva has overseen efforts to modernize ValidiFI’s systems, improving scalability and robustness of systems to support ValidiFI’s rapid growth. Previously, Apoorva spent time at FactorTrust building data and analytics solutions.
Kyle is responsible for corporate and production infrastructure, platforms, services, operations, as well as IT compliance. He brings 24 years of IT leadership experience. Prior to joining ValidiFI, Kyle led the IT Operations group to a successful exit at FactorTrust.
Kevin has spent well over 20 years in SaaS, data and analytics’ sales and sales leadership roles focused heavily on providing solutions for identity, fraud, compliance & credit risk to companies serving both consumers and small business. This includes stints at some of the largest players in these spaces such as FICO, LexisNexis, CoreLogic and Envestnet (Yodlee).
Nikole is responsible for the overall marketing strategy including positioning, branding, creative, digital, media relations and go-to-market strategies. Over the past 5 years, Nikole has served as industry Marketing Director for the banking & lending and mortgage verticals for Equifax. Prior to that, Nikole held various marketing roles with TransUnion and FactorTrust.
Kara is responsible for leading ValidiFI’s human resources and contract administration. She has expertise in strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design, cultural and employee development, compensation, benefits and HR operations. Kara has held human resource roles at various global organizations and start-ups, including Endace, TransUnion, FactorTrust and Grant Thornton.
