The successful candidate will support the VP of Human Resources and Contract Administration with various aspects of the contract management process. What you will be working on

  • Prepare, review, and revise various types of contracts through execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and practices.
  • Escalate requested variations to contracts where appropriate.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and relevant regulations; identify and mitigate risk.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contacts and related documents.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Contract management and reporting.
  • Stay updated on legal and industry developments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or related field.
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in a paralegal role with a focus on contract administration.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
