ValidiFI Updates

ValidiFI is committed to the well-being of all and to providing the safest environment for our customers, staff and community.
Given growing concerns about the spread of the coronavirus and pandemic, the following is a summary of how we plan to prepare and operate our business. We have a strong Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and a Pandemic Continuity Plan. These plans provide a roadmap to prepare for, respond to, and maintain operations under a wide variety of circumstances, including technology outages, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, and pandemics. Our goal with these plans is to maintain operations without interruption of key services in the event of unforeseen circumstances that impact our colleagues, partnerships, or our ability to access our offices.
ValidiFI will monitor the severity of the pandemic and establish continuity activation triggers to address the unique nature of the pandemic threat. The Pandemic Continuity Plan will be implemented as needed to support the continued performance of essential functions. At present, our distributed infrastructure, managed from multiple independent locations around the country, enables us to continue to provide services to our customers. Based on what we know today, we are confident that we are prepared to adapt to ensure that our colleagues are safe, we will be able to maintain business integrity, and that we will continue to be able to serve you.

The health and well-being of our clients, partners and employees are our top priorities, as is our commitment to providing seamless and exceptional service to you. As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, we have made the prudent decision to move all ValidiFI’s offices to “work-from-home” status this week. We are closely monitoring COVID-19 developments in real-time and will return to “normal office” status as soon possible, while still ensuring the safety of our staff.
In the meantime, please take comfort in knowing ValidiFI is, and will remain operating normally and seamlessly. Although we won’t be working from our office locations for a temporary period, all of our systems and processes remain in place that allow us to meet all of your needs, while working remotely. 
You may continue to reach any of our staff through the usual channels—office telephone, cell phone and email. All ValidiFI staff are fully engaged and able to respond to, and address any of your needs.
Like everyone, we look forward to the COVID-19 pandemic subsiding and returning to business as usual. In the meantime, please know we remain fully available to serve you.
