ValidiFI is a consumer reporting agency that analyzes bank behavior to help companies make credit decisions, expand financial inclusions, and reduce fraud.
If a company recently used ValidiFI data to make a credit decision, you have the right to make certain requests or disputes related to the information in your report. Please review the sections below regarding your options for requesting or disputing information we may have on file for you.
To protect your privacy, we will only communicate with and provide information to the individual to whom the information pertains or persons acting on behalf of an individual under a power of attorney. As such, we may take additional steps to verify your identity prior to delivering any personal information.
General support
You have the right to request the information that we have on file for you. If you are requesting your consumer file, we will send all of the information we have on file, including the providers of the data and the parties to whom it was provided.
This information will be provided free of charge. An important document titled “A Summary of Your Rights Under the Federal Credit Reporting Act” will also be included.

You have the right to dispute information on your reports and correct inaccuracies if they exist.
If you believe that information contained in reports provided by ValidiFI is inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise incorrect, you can initiate a dispute by submitting our Consumer Request Form at the bottom of this page.
Once we have verified your identity, we will investigate to determine the source of the discrepancy. If the information being disputed is not controlled by us, we may ask you to dispute directly with the agency, institution, or furnisher that supplied the original information.
