Job summary
The Email & Hubspot coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Hubspot CRM and email to drive effective email communications, nurture customer journeys, and surface actionable intent signals across the organization. This role will own email execution, list management, copy creation and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution within HubSpot.
Key responsibilities
Email Marketing & Hubspot CRM
- Plan and manage the email marketing calendar, including internal newsletters, external newsletters and automated nurture campaigns.
- Build and deploy segmented email campaigns and lifecycle journeys for lead nurturing, industry-specific outreach, and account-level engagement.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event email communications to maximize attendance and follow-up.
- Maintain data hygiene within Hubspot, including segmentation, intent signals and configuring behavioral triggers.
Marketing & Engagement
- Work closely with sales teams to support account-level and industry campaigns.
- Align messaging for email and supporting social for consistent brand voice.
- Track campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing and strong understanding of best practices including deliverability, personalization, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, and social scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing environments.
